What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Shipping Policy:
Please note that we will ship your order FedEx the business day following the receipt of the order. We CANNOT ship to PO or APO Boxes, we need to have a street address.
Tax Information:
Sales tax applies to the state where the merchandise is being shipped. Since Nashville Shoe Warehouse is registered to conduct business throughout the United States, sales tax must be added to your order at your local sales tax rate, where applicable.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE FedEx Ground Shipping on all of our orders. Plus, you can return your shoes for free using the pre-paid FedEx shipping label contained in your box.
Express Orders
For FedEx 2-Day delivery, add an additional $15.00. For FedEx Overnight delivery, add an additional $20.00.
To receive an express order, it must be placed prior to 12:00 PM CST Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will not be processed until the next business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM CST on Friday, as well as orders placed over the weekend, will not be processed until Monday. Please note that this assumes all supplied information is correct, and that the product is available in inventory.
International Shipping
At this time, we cannot ship shoes outside of the United States.

Returns & Exchanges
At Etonic , we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. You have 30 days to return or exchange item to us. If you wish to exchange and item or return an item for a refund, you may call customer service at 212.273.3302 or email us at customerservice@Etonic.com to request a return authorization.
All products must be returned within 30 days in new condition with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. Exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value, and we will adjust the final cost as needed.
For orders within the U.S.A. a return label will be emailed to you to send the item(s) back to us at no cost to you. Print the label and affix it to the package. Upon return and receipt of the product, Etonic will exchange, refund, or credit the item.
NOTE: When shipping product back to Etonic , customers should choose the shipper that shows on the label. Please take note of the tracking number indicated in your return label, as we cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.
